Welcome to my blog!  I am as usual late with my post..... this is supposed to be uploaded the same time as our DT Challenge over at thatcraftplaceblog.blogspot.com goes live! Yikes, a week late as usual.  Lucky I have a super duper DT to keep things rolling.

Well my excuse this week is that I have had a very bad case of Impetigo..... I have been a little run down lately... working to many hours !!!! I sometimes need to take time for me and lately I havent been doing this, so only me to blame really..... anyway we are off to Disneyland Paris tomorrow..... not sure it will be a rest lol but certainly keeps me from working lol!!!!

Anyway the theme over at the challenge blog is Monochromatic. And this is my entry.  I have used my wonderful distress markers on this gorgeous Sweet Pea image.  I hope you enjoy it.  Hop on over to the challenge blog to have a browse and enter the challenge.  Indigo Blu are sponsoring us, so great prizes to be won!

I really must practice what I preach.  My fabulous DT have updated their blogs with their samples.... and me.... still have my previous DT challenge entry up.  Well slap my wrists.  

No excuse but my new Facebook Group has been taking up hours of my time and I have been slacking with my blogging......

Anything but a square or rectangle

Good morning everyone, and I trust you all had a fabulous Easter!

Hopefully I will be back on track now that the shop has been opened successfully and we are back to relative normality!!! Its a time consuming job these days, but I have enjoyed getting back to That Craft Place Challenges and some cardmaking!  So.... here is my DT card for our current challenge, Anything but a square or rectangle.

Keep your eyes peeled for some new challenge sponsors, including the fabulous Indigo Blu and Crafters Companion.

This cute little card is made using the gorgeous Cheery Lynn dies and the stamp is a wonderful stamp from Crafty Sentiments Designs and coloured with my fabulous Speccies (Spectrum Noirs). The flower in the left had corner has been made with copper wire mesh which will be coming soon to the website.  The flowers are from MeiFlower and the leaf die is from Joy.

I'm back!

Well, firstly I need to apologise for being away for soooooooo long!  I have been setting up my new shop in Eastbourne and its been an amazing, happy, tearful, and tiring experience to say the least!!!!

Anyway, the current challenge over at my Challenge Blog is...... "Its all about Spring".  So why not hop over and join in the challenge.  Great candy from Crafters Companion to be had!

WOYWW - only just made it.....

Happy Wednesday to you all!!!

Phew!  Only just made it today.   It has been a manic day at the shop.  I am exhausted!!!! But I could not miss out on visiting you and indeed joining you on WOYWW today.  

Well I have managed to get my daughter to bed, stamp a few images..... and organise my Speccies.  I am now firmly seated on my bed, laptop, remote control, duvet, speccies and stamps..... watching Masterchef!  Now that's my way to relax.   I hope you dont think this cheating.... but my bed in the evening becomes my permanent workdesk..... I really ought to separate the two, its just my fave place to relax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope you are all well this Wednesday and I will be off for a peak at all your desks over the next few days!!!! Happy Crafting!

Cant believe I am early for WOYWW!!!!!

Wow, I have shocked myself.  I am all ready for Whats on your Workdesk Wednesday.  Well I know its only Tuesday (lol), but this will still be on my desk when I get there in the morning so I am not cheating...... honest!!!!!

I had some new Whiff of Joy stamps I have been itching to play with, but also Creative Stamping have asked for a double page spread from me for the next magazine.

It was a bit of "Ip Dip Do" (as my daughter would say), and I was good, I plumped for the  Creative Stamping project and have put the WOJ stamps to one side..... for now!!!

Anyway looking forward to seeing all your entries and I will pop by and visit you on WOYWW soon!!!!!!!!!!!
