Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday

Yippee yippee, I just so wanted to share this.  (Sad I know), I have just managed to get myself a Grand Calibur!  Every time I put one aside for me at the shop, someone wants to buy it!!! This time I opened it fast.... played with it and marked the plates, and then..... I couldnt sell it!!!!lol  DH says I am a very bad business woman :-) lol but I NEEDED it, and I am sure you all know what I mean.  When a crafter NEEDS it, they just have to have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, this is my entry for Whats on your workdesk Wednesday!! Hope you like it and you dont mind me sharing this with you, but it is whats on my workdesk and I was sooooo excited.  I know, I need to get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxx

Good for you in nabbing one for yourself! I love the look of it, but I can't justify getting one, especially as I already have a cricut and a bug. Enjoy! - (Hazel, WOYWW #10) x

I understand that 'I NEED it' feeling however, I don't have any machinery!
My needs are more for ribbon and paper. I've never used anything like a Bigshot or anything and I don't think I'd better or I might just NEED one too!

Delighted for you ... I'm sure you are going to have a wonderful time crafting with your GC, but how devious are you? You could argue that now you have experience of using your very own GC you will be able to recommend it more highly and therefore make more sales ... making you a good saleswoman after all :)) Hope you have a wonderful week. Yay! I totally get your excitement! I was the same when I got mine - I just couldn't stop looking at it! lol

I'm attempting to get around everyone's woyww posts this week (a new one for me!) I don't usually have time to get round everyone.
But I haven't done my own post yet - it'll have to wait til I get home from work this evening.

I think it sounds like you have a life--a fun, crafty one at that. Knowing how your merchandise works and having hands on knowledge of it sounds like something a GOOD business woman would do!

OMG Lisa, me again!!! Blimey, I've only just realised - we've met before!!!! I once visited your shop with my DH and FIL and my FIL bought me a melting pot as a birthday present!!!! You were telling me about Spectrum Noir markers and the boys kept embarrassing me going on how talented I was etc etc - bless them! ;)) Not sure if you remember me...:) In case you'd like to have a look, here's my first project made with my brand new melting pot: http://underacreativespell.blogspot.com/2011/09/golden-whisper-sentimental-sundays-and.html
